Step 1: Get a preliminary quote

Step 2: Submit the application

Here are the submission methods we support:

- Universal life and variable universal life with the Edward Jones Permanent Life Platform: Access via JonesLink
- Term life with Ebix LifeSpeed: Access via JonesLink
- Paper applications: Submit to Edward Jones back office (only allowed for term life applications if a permanent policy is being replaced)

Step 3: Warm transfer your client to our TeleLife team

For fully underwritten term applications, our TeleLife^® team receives the ticket immediately and takes care of the rest: contacting your client for a brief phone interview, scheduling exams and obtaining signatures. Simply prep your client on these steps and warm transfer them to TeleLife if they’re ready to complete the interview right away.

Step 4: Policy delivery

Your client’s policy is delivered quickly, easily and securely through electronic policy delivery (EPD). Using EPD, they can access their policy online 24/7, review and sign any necessary documents, make premium payments and download their policy records.
